Our Story
Somewhere high in the rugged Himalayas, where the air thins and the world falls silent, the snow leopard moves unseen. It was this landscape that inspired award-winning restaurateur and wildlife philanthropist Will Phillips to create Snow Leopard Gin.
Snow Leopard Gin works in partnership with the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation, operating across Africa and Asia to end wildlife crime and protect endangered species in their natural habitat. We pledge a donation of £500 from the sale of each bottle.

Himalayan Ginger & Turmeric Root
Sonth and haldi, slow roots that take their time in the thin Himalayan air. Soft, warming spice over a juniper core.
Himalayan Coriander Seed
Sabut dhaniya, from the Himalayan foothills. Fresh, herbaceous, grassy and mildly citrus.
Aromas of warming spice and sweet ripe fruit over distinct juniper, balanced with citrus. On the palate, all eight botanicals shine through: soft Himalayan spice over a juniper core, ripe fresh lychee and rich Nam Doc Mai mango, punctuated by coriander leaf and fresh Asian kaffir lime.
