Snow Leopard Gin makes small batch gin with Himalayan botanicals and supports snow leopard conservation in partnership with the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation. This policy covers this website and explains what information we hold about you and why.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, delivery address and the items you buy, when you place an order.
- Enquiries: your name, email address and message, when you use our contact form or email us.
- Site usage: basic technical information such as pages visited, used in aggregate to keep the site working well.
How we use it
We use your information to fulfil your order, deliver it to you, reply to your enquiries and meet our legal obligations as an age restricted business. You must be of legal drinking age in your country to order from us.
We do not sell your information to anyone, and we will only email you about your order or your enquiry unless you have asked us for more.
Payments and delivery
Our checkout is provided by Ecwid and card payments are handled by their payment partners. We never see or store your full card details. Our delivery partners receive only the details they need to get your order to your door.
Cookies
We use the cookies needed to make the essentials work: confirming you are over 18, keeping your cart as you browse and completing checkout. We do not use advertising cookies.
The age check cookie stores a simple yes, never your date of birth. It lasts until you close your browser, or for 30 days if you tick remember me on this device.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch through our contact form and we will sort it out. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
