Limited Edition Gin (Only 200 Bottles)
£2,850.00
Snow Leopard Gin is a limited edition gin. When we say limited edition, we mean it. Only 200 bottles will ever be produced, and when the last bottle sells, the edition closes for good.
This scarcity is an ode to the creature this gin is named after and exists to protect. The snow leopard. Elusive, majestic and almost mythical. The botanicals have been chosen around the snow leopard’s story, each one an expression of its climb from the valley floor to the snowline.
The climb begins with coriander seed from the Himalayan foothills, then ginger root and turmeric from the forest shade over a core of juniper, kaffir lime, lychee and Nam Doc Mai mango from across Asia, and finished with fresh coriander leaf. All of these botanicals are perfectly harmonised to create a full-bodied sipping gin like you have never experienced before. And not many will.

What Limited Means Here
Many gins carry a limited edition label and return the following year. This one will not. There will be 200 bottles of Snow Leopard Gin with no second run.
Every stage is done by hand, from the copper stills where each botanical is distilled, to the mouth-blown, hand-polished bottle. Provenance of the highest order, shared by only 199 other bottles.
For gin collectors, this is one to keep sealed or only open on the most special of occasions.
The First Bottles
The First 50 Edition
The first 50 bottles come with an atomiser holding distilled leaves from a rare Tibetan juniper plant. So little could be sourced that there is only enough for this run. Mist it over the glass before you pour.
The First 25 Edition
The first 25 orders also include a pair of crystal glasses, commissioned for the edition and hand blown by Stuart Wiltshire. His past commissions include lamps at St James's Palace and Buckingham Palace.
The Bottle
Every detail of Snow Leopard Gin has been painstakingly crafted to pay homage to the snow leopard and the mountains it calls home. The bottle itself is a piece of conservation art, inspired by the legendary Mount Everest. The ghost of the mountain has been fleetingly sighted on its lower slopes.
Founder Will Phillips designed the bottle and crowned it with a snow leopard sculpture inspired by Stephen Rew, Wildlife Artist of the Year. Each one is made from high-clarity crystalline, mouth-blown and hand-polished using traditional glassmaking alongside modern engineering.
The Spirit
With aromas of warming spice and sweet ripe fruit over distinct juniper, balanced with citrus, the palate reflects this style, allowing all 8 botanicals to shine through. Soft spice from Himalayan turmeric (haldi), Himalayan coriander seed (sabut dhaniya) and Himalayan ginger root (sonth) over a juniper core, with soft, ripe, fresh lychee fruit and rich Nam Doc Mai mango, balanced by fresh, herbaceous, grassy and mildly citrus coriander leaf and punctuated by fresh Asian kaffir lime.
£500 From Every Bottle
As few as 4,000 snow leopards remain in the wild. Protecting them is the reason this gin exists. £500 from every bottle sold goes to the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation, which works across Africa and Asia to end wildlife crime and protect endangered species. When all 200 have sold, that comes to £100,000.
